Trycet Terms & Conditions

Services, eligibility and payment

Services may include Personal Training, Fitness Buddy, Online Coaching, and other fitness services offered by Trycet. Payment is processed through Stripe. Clients must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian sign all required documents. The service description, price, payment schedule, start date, duration, and other details shown at checkout or confirmed in writing form part of your agreement.

Service policies

Personal Training: Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A late cancellation or no-show may be charged at 50% of the applicable session price. Packages do not expire and unused sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Fitness Buddy: The program begins on the agreed start date. You may request a refund before it starts. After it starts, fees are non-refundable and the program cannot be paused, except where required by law. App and community access end when the program period ends.

Online Coaching: Coaching does not renew automatically unless clearly stated at purchase. Each new period must otherwise be purchased again. Once a period starts, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Pause requests must be approved in writing. Give one week’s notice if you do not want to continue into another period.

Coaching expectations

You agree to provide accurate health information, follow safety instructions, use appropriate equipment, communicate respectfully, and not share another member’s private information. Typical message response time is about one hour during reasonable working hours, but it is not guaranteed. Trycet may suspend or end services for unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or seriously disruptive conduct; any refund will follow applicable law and the circumstances.

Health, results and materials

Coaching is for general fitness and education and does not replace medical care. Exercise involves risk, and results vary; no specific result is guaranteed. Programs, lessons, videos, and other materials are for the purchasing client’s personal use only and may not be copied, recorded, resold, or shared without written permission.

Law and contact

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the services and the client. Questions, cancellation notices, or complaints may be sent to carine@trycet.com.
