Information we collect
When you visit our website, contact us, purchase a service, or join coaching, we may collect your name, contact details, date of birth, address, fitness goals, health conditions, injuries, medications, measurements, progress photos, messages, and service history. Stripe processes payment-card information; Trycet does not store complete card details.
Why we use it
We use your information to answer inquiries, assess whether coaching is appropriate, personalize and deliver services, process payments, communicate with you, track progress, maintain business records, protect safety, and comply with legal obligations. We use sensitive health and fitness information only for coaching and safety purposes, with your consent or as permitted by law.
Who receives it
We share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that support our operations, including Lovable (website and forms), Everfit (coaching delivery), Stripe (payments), Google (email/video calls), and hosting or technical providers. These providers may process information in different countries under their own privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
Consent, security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information. We keep records only as long as reasonably necessary for coaching, safety, business, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes, then securely delete or anonymize them. You may withdraw consent, but this may prevent us from providing a service. We may retain information when the law requires it.
